Free Heart Health Checks

Visit the Heart Health Van in Hardmonsworth

Join us for a free 20-minute heart health check at the Heart Health Van, coming to your local area for one weekend only at St Mary's Church, Harmondsworth.

Many conditions, such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol, don’t show symptoms, so a quick check can help spot issues early and keep your heart healthy.

Who can have a heart health check?

You can attend a free heart health check if any of the following apply to you:

  • You live in Heathrow Villages (Harmondsworth, Sipson, Longford or Harlington)
  • You are aged 35 or over and haven’t had a blood pressure check in the past year
  • You are aged 35 or over, and your blood pressure was above 130/80 in the past year
  • You are aged 18 or over and have a family history of heart conditions

What checks are available:

Your free check includes:

  • A blood pressure check
  • A quick finger prick cholesterol test
  • Simple, personalised advice on keeping your heart healthy

These checks can help identify early signs of heart disease or stroke risk. If anything needs follow up, we can help connect you with support, lifestyle advice, or appropriate care.
