We have been shortlisted for the GP Practice Award

The Confederation CIC, Hillingdon has been shortlisted under the category of Digital Innovation Award  for “Transforming Primary Care through digital solutions”.

The Confederation Hillingdon CIC, working in partnership with PCIT and member practices across six PCN’s were shortlisted for the Digital Innovation in Practice award for outstanding contributions to applying integrated cutting-edge digital solutions to improve population health outcomes aligned to the Fuller Stocktake 2022. 

For the 2023/24 ES, all PCN’s performed above the NW London boroughs average reducing inequity in health and care.  This technology has been the catalyst for PCN’s to get a positive return on investment. For every £1 spent on digital it has supported PCNs to generate £10 in PCN income.
