HSJ Award Winners Announced
Colleagues from The Confederation attended the HSJ awards alongside Hillingdon partners such as Public Health, H4All and MyHealth. The Confederation were shortlisted for an award after successfully applying for ‘Developing an intelligence led approach to Hypertension prevention, diagnosis and management across Hillingdon,’ in the category of ‘Data Driven Transformation’. Although we did not take home the award for this category, with over 1300+ applications received this year it has been a fantastic achievement to have been made finalists! We have been recognised nationally for the outstanding work that we have achieved within this area and that we will continue to do as we strive towards our aim of improving health outcomes for patients and residents across Hillingdon!
