Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a real difference in primary care? We’re seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP practice for 16 hours per week.

About Us

We are a busy, patient-focused GP practice committed to delivering excellent healthcare in a supportive and professional environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical care including health checks, chronic disease management, wound care, immunisations, and more
• Support patients with chronic condition reviews (diabetes, COPD, Child & Adult Asthma)
• Assist with minor illness and injury clinics
• Work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Deliver health promotion and patient education

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with relevant experience in primary care 
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and patient-centered focus
• Current NMC registration and relevant immunisations up to date

Hours: 16 hours per week, flexible days to be discussed.
