We are seeking a Practice Nurse with full range of skills including:
- Dressings
- Travel and Child Immunisations
- Cervical Screening
- Family Planning
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management and QOF.
Practice Nurse to work alongside, the GPs and Healthcare Assistants, providing Primary Care services.
