Improving the health of local workplaces
At successful workplace events with Hale Hamilton (Cowley) and Hillingdon Council (Uxbridge), we have supported, advised, and even helped diagnose staff with previously undetected health conditions.
We focus on supporting working-age adults, who are often at higher risk of undiagnosed conditions due to busy schedules or limited access to routine checks.
Our goal is to support employee health and wellbeing by providing convenient, onsite NHS-delivered services that fit around the working day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can take part?
All staff are welcome, regardless of role or health concerns.
Is health information confidential?
Yes. All checks are delivered by NHS clinicians, and results are only shared with a person's GP with their consent.
What do our health interventions offer your staff?
Our health events and interventions are not a substitute for a full clinical health assessment carried out in a diagnostic or medical setting. Instead, we provide opportunistic health interventions (including blood pressure checks and healthy lifestyle conversations) to help support and improve the wellbeing of your workforce. We strongly advise that any health concerns identified during our interventions are followed up with a GP, or via NHS 111. For urgent or emergency situations, staff should contact 999 immediately.
Do you offer discounted prices for charities?
Yes. We offer scalable pricing with reduced rates for local charities, CICs and CIOs.
Is there a minimum number of staff required?
No. Events can be fully tailored to organisations of any size.
Who delivers the health checks and workshops?
Experienced NHS clinicians and trained health educators deliver all interventions.
Can you provide information for senior leadership, HR or wellbeing teams?
Yes. We can present our services at your next meeting to help demonstrate the benefits.
How does the payment process work?
You will be invoiced based on the package you want and you will pay an initial non‑refundable deposit on Medtribe (a secure booking platform for healthcare events and training) to confirm your booking. The balance is payable 10 working days before the event.
What space do you need?
We adapt to most workplace layouts and can cover multiple sites. A site visit is carried out in advance to ensure suitability. Online options are available for some workshops.
Is the service accessible?
Yes. Accessibility is a core part of our approach. We design our events to be welcoming and inclusive for all staff, including those with mobility needs, sensory requirements, language barriers or health anxieties.
We can provide accessible layouts, quiet areas, clear signage, and adapted communication materials where needed. If you have specific requirements, we are happy to accommodate them.
