Sales Invoices

  • Preparation of invoices.
  • Provide credit control function.
  • Reconcile to receipts and maintain aged debtors listing.

Purchase Invoices

  • Process invoices once approved.
  • Maintain list of outstanding invoices.

Payments and receipts

  • Make payments in accordance with agreed Approvals Matrix.
  • Record and reconcile receipts and escalate queries for investigation.
  • Reconcile bank account.
  • Prepare cashflow forecast as necessary.

Year end Reporting

  • Liaison with external accountants.
  • Management Reports and end of year report.

ARRS Claims

  • Only in association with Payroll and HR services.

Governance

Patient Safety:

  • Risk Management tools and training. Learning from events
  • Development of in house incident risk and complaint systems.
  • Patient safety investigation planning.
