Dr Ajay Birly
Dr Ajay Birly has been a GP for over 25 years and previously served as a Police Surgeon in central London for 15 years. He also undertakes tribunal work for the Ministry of Justice and has a special interest in substance misuse and the management of violent patients. Dr Birly helped establish the RCGP Certificate in the Management of Drug Misuse and is a strong advocate for the positive impact of health policy and clinical pathway changes on patient care. Outside of work, he keeps fit and enjoys regular gym sessions.
