Dr Sagar Dhanani

Dr Sagar Dhanani became a GP in 2004 after training in Hillingdon, where he has since worked across many local practices. A lifelong advocate for general practice as the foundation of high-quality patient care, he is currently a GP Partner at The High Street Practice in Yiewsley and serves as Deputy Chair and Clinical Director of The Confederation. He plays a key leadership role in shaping primary care services across the borough. Dr Dhanani’s interests include population health management, digital innovation in primary care, and health equity in underserved communities. He is particularly focused on improving access to preventative care and integrating data-driven approaches to enhance patient outcomes.
